Exchange Policy

At TPRI, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need a different size or have received a product that isn't right for you, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in its original condition

• Have all original tags and packaging intact

• Not be washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used

• Be returned with any accessories or items originally included with the order

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for exchange.

3. How to Exchange

Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to send the product back to TPRI.

The product must reach us in the eligible condition described above. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange.

Please do not send the product back without first contacting us and receiving confirmation of the exchange request.

4. Exchange for Size

If you need a different size, you can request an exchange subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, TPRI may offer an alternative solution at its discretion.

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for sending the product back to TPRI for an exchange unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a reliable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt or tracking information until the exchange is completed.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and relevant photographs/videos.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange.

7. Refunds

TPRI exchanges products rather than providing refunds under this Exchange Policy, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where TPRI agrees otherwise.
